Osama Ghoul has held senior management positions with global telecommunication industry leaders (Devoteam M.E, FLAG Telecom, Bell Atlantic & Ericsson). He is currently partner and founder of Devoteam Middle East, a Multi Million $ Technology consulting firm part of Devoteam group (more than 1800 consultants). He has played a leading role as part of the team that built the first privately owned global Fiber Optic Cable Network becoming one of the leading publicly traded Carriers’ Carrier in the world. “ traded on NASDAQ stock exchange”.

His acheivements have included:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies resulting in increased sales by 300% over 2 years.
Excellent relations with local, regional and global telecom operators and led regional and international acquisitions for telecom companies.
Participation in the introduction of new products and accessing of new markets worldwide.
The planning, design, construction and operation of more than 30 global hubs for transmission & IP services (Managed & Flexible bandwidth, IPVPN, Colo and hosting) including the definition and rolling of the required OSS platform (Billing, Customer Care, Fault Management System…etc.).
Winning a Global award for outstanding performance in Key account management, developing new business opportunities and growing business with major clients
Excellent global vendor relations and contract negotiations both technically and commercially (contracts are in access of $100 million) (Vendors are Alcatel, Lucent, Nortel, Ciena, Juniper, Cisco, and Tyco).
