Elham Mohammed Saleh
With more than two decades of experience in Project Management and Information Technology, Elham has contributed to a variety of developments in the public and private sectors. In addition to her management skills, Elham is a skilled expert in the study, design and implementation of information systems ranging from solution for customs, finance and legal to personnel, health and education. With important tenures at the Ministry of Planning (Kuwait), Ministry of Health (Bahrain), Sabre, EDS (Bahrain and USA), and Central informatics Organisation (Bahrain), Elham has made significant contributions to a number of large IT and non IT projects at the government level. As the coordinator for 2002 and 2006 election's coordinator and the development and implementation of Bahrain's first smart card based identity systems are both a source of pride and accomplishment for Elham.
