Hoda Shoukry
Mrs. Hoda Shoukry joined Mediterranean Smart Cards Company (MSCC) in July 2006 as Managing Director. In this role, Mrs. Shoukry is entrusted with taking MSCC to the next level in terms of regional leadership in smart card processing services. She has been involved in MSCC for a number of years as an active member of the board.

Prior to joining MSCC, Mrs. Hoda Shoukry spent most of her career working at Banque Misr, in addition to considerable international banking experience. Most recently, she held the position of General Manager of the Retail Division and Electronic Banking at Banque Misr, as well as being a member of the bank’s Executive Committee and the Board.

From her many years of leadership in the banking industry, Mrs. Shoukry brings with her an impressive history of advancing card payment applications and services, specifically having played a key role in introducing card payment solutions. She possesses a profound understanding of the banking industry and payment systems as well as excellent relations with Egyptian and Middle Eastern financial institutions.

Mrs. Shoukry headed and was a board member for a number of key organizations such as the Credit Bureau Committee in the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), MasterCard Strategic & Market Advisors Group, in addition to lecturing in a number of organizations.

Mrs. Shoukry has a degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University and a Diploma of Banking.
